Self Defense Class Due to the success of the Women’s Self Defense Class, Mike Ruchinski would like to continue the class and open it up to men and women, ages 13 and up. This is a free Taekwon/do self-defense class. Class will begin Monday, April 3 @ 6:30 in the gym. |
