Self Defense Class Due to the success of the Women’s Self Defense Class, Mike Ruchinski would like to continue the class and open it up to men and women, ages 13 and up. This is a free Taekwon/do self-defense class. Class will begin Monday, April 10 @ 6:30 in the gym. |

Summer Day Camp Do you need activities and a safe place for your children this summer? Linary will be sponsoring a day camp five days per week for June and July. M—F 7:30 - 5:30. We are now taking early sign ups. If you have a child K-8th, please see DeNell for an application.
