Gen. 1:1	¹In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Josh. 1:9	⁹Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Josh. 24:15 (2 times)	¹⁵But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”
Ps. 20:5	⁵ We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our God.May the LORD grant all your requests.
Ps. 23	¹The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.²He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,³he restores my soul. Ps. 91	¹He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.²I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”³Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.⁴He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.⁵You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,⁶nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.⁷A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.⁸You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.⁹If you make the Most High your dwelling— even the LORD, who is my refuge—¹⁰then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.¹¹For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;¹²they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.¹³You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.¹⁴“Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.¹⁵He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.¹⁶With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.”
Ps. 95:1	¹Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Ps. 108:1	¹My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing and make music with all my soul.
Ps. 115:3, 8	³Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.⁸Those who make them will be like them, and so will all who trust in them.

She is worth far more than rubies.¹¹Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.¹²She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.¹³She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands.¹⁴She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar.¹⁵She gets up while it is still dark; she provides food for her family and portions for her servant girls.¹⁶She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.¹⁷She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks.¹⁸She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night.¹⁹In her hand she holds the distaff and grasps the spindle with her fingers.²⁰She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy.²¹When it snows, she has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet.²²She makes coverings for her bed; she is clothed in fine linen and purple.²³Her husband is respected at the city gate, where he takes his seat among the elders of the land.²⁴She makes linen garments and sells them, and supplies the merchants with sashes.²⁵She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.²⁶She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.²⁷She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.²⁸Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her:²⁹“Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”³⁰Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.³¹Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.
Is. 40:31	³¹but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Is. 43:1-7	¹But now, this is what the LORD says— he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.²When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.
